LOVE MY NEW (TO ME) CAR! There I was, a father of a 16 year old needing her first car.. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Yehor.. First off, Yehor is great, he was a member of the US Olympic figure skating team, so he had interestingly cool stories (yes, cool was a pun) Anyway.. He showed me an absolutely GORGEOUS Subaru Outback.. it was 9 years old, and had high mileage, but it had obviously been treated extremely well during it's life . It was PERFECT, looks great, drives great..I personally fell in love with it. So now ...
Thieves and liars.Every negative stereotype involving auto dealerships is on display by the Victory Toyota staff. From the sales staff to the service department and including parts and finance. Management needs to be terminated, starting with the GM and sales manager. Snakes and weasels.
Shopped around for a RAV4 Hybrid so I had several quotes. Victory quoted me $400/MONTH MORE than the other dealers for the same deal! Plus they use 1980's business practices-salesman and manager hold youf up for 30 minutes while they laugh and talk and do nothing then present you with a stupidly high offer. I went to another dealer and got a fair deal and bought the car. For Victory Toyota-never again!

I got my RAV4 checked yesterday afternoon. I was treated very professionally. I also brought my daughter with me. She got a free delicious sandwich while we were waiting. I highly recommend this dealership.
It is beautiful and easy processing a good customer service the staff is so friendly and the managers consistently engage with the customer. I really like it. I advise people to deal with them.
Paid a deposit to reserve a grand highlander hybrid. They sold it before we could buy it and were slow to give our deposit back. Would recommend going to a different dealer if you're looking for a car you need to reserve in advance.

Excellent customer service
Dustin was sooo helpful, found a 4runner within my price point. A shout out to management, your staff is phonmial. Listened to my needs and wants, helped me find the balance in finding right vehicle. Financial employee was on top of it getting me a 2 pt. better loan than I had gotten just six months ago. Drove an hour to get there was worth the drive. I applaud everyone at Victory Toyota of Canton.

Had a great experience purchasing a new 2024 RAV4 Prime through Victory! These cars are impossible to find in MI, but Victory was able to (quickly) bring one in from one of their out of state sister dealerships. Working with Dan was a pleasure, we will be recommending him to friends for sure!
